Solrac Coatings is a Spanish company with over eighty years of experience in manufacturing wood varnishes, decorative lacquers and wood protectors. We work with international distributors, joinery workshops, furniture manufacturers, industrial production lines and end consumers through Amazon.
Our speciality is wood: we protect it, decorate it and prepare it to withstand intensive use, outdoor exposure, humidity and the test of time. We do not manufacture decorative wall paints.

Exterior protection

Water-based technology
Our water-based range is formulated to reduce volatile organic compound (LOW VOC) emissions, complying with European air quality regulations. Products with no aggressive odour, fast drying and easy water clean-up without sacrificing performance compared to traditional solvent-based systems.
Water-based technology is now the standard in markets such as Scandinavia, Central Europe and Anglo-Saxon countries, and increasingly demanded in the Spanish and Latin American furniture industry.

Industrial UV systems
For high-throughput production lines, Solrac offers ultraviolet (UV) curing systems. These products polymerise in seconds under UV lamps, enabling production speeds not possible with conventional drying.
UV systems are applied to panels, boards, profiles and flat components, and are particularly common among flat-pack furniture manufacturers, laminate flooring and interior cladding producers.
